1226-packing stuff

packing stuff a whole day.
mygod,it's been 1 year and a half not clean my collections and stuff.
now it's good to packing all of them.
will back to hubei next week,
it is a big step of my next move.
which was great.get excited! ^_^


a lot,lot of work need to do.
need build my website,a lot of videos need to be cut.
need set up my studio and start to working!

why i wanna write my cartoon story-1:

there was a little rabbit in real life.
she made 2 decisions in january 2007.

one was broken up a 2 year and a half relationship.
the rabbit's bear was tall, heavy, rabbit used to call him bear.
the big bear was far far away from australia.
he came to china for little rabbit 2 years.
they were engaged to each other.
they thought they gonna built a happy life ever after.
they both are excited.

but,
when they started to set up business.
they found much differents between china and overseas.
they had different opinions.
both of them thought they were right.
and won't listen to another.

bear wanted rabbit to follow him without any suggestions.
the little rabbit wants to be a equal way and discuss together.
they wouldn't listen to each other...

they argued, got upset,
they tried, took pressures on both.
they couldn't change their ways.
they did want to find solution.

they looked like a baby pepperbox, wanted things to be done perferctly and quickly.
they got communication and cooperation problems.
they both got so tired.
it's been a long time after.

the rabbit decided not involved in business one day.
she wanted to be independent,have something own.
she went back to her IT area. she is good at it.
bear was so sad about that.
because without rabbit in.
he decided give up the business.

he thought rabbit don't wanna help him because,she don't love him.
the rabbit wanted to help,but she's so tired,out of her strength,
she need more encouragement which bear couldn't give anymore.

they were both give up.

another decision the little rabbit took,is about career.
rabbit worked in a big movie online service provider company.
she made some big process cooperate with china telecom.
make profit for the company, and got a little sucess in her career.
but the company also have much problems in it's management and team work.
which the boss ignored the reports,and leading company to the wrong way.
rabbit also received several job invitations from other big companys.
rabbit decided to quit job,she is not taking another job either.

there were so much questions in life that the little rabbit couldn't figure it out at that time.
she wanted to take a break.
she wanted looking for an answer.
she wanted to think through what just happened,
and what she would like to do on next step.

she pensively thought many days.
still couldn't convinced herself that why?
why people they loved each other,but they are so mad for such little things.
why people could die for someone,but couldn't change who they are?
why people got upset so easy and gave up so quick?
why people complained so much since life was so short?
why people broken everything so easy when they built so hard?

what is the meaning for life?

the little rabbit finally made this two decisions quickly.
she take a break.
this is the people around her couldn't undserstand why she made such decisions.
since people would envy for what she already have.
but she was happy to make her own choice.she listen and follow her heart.

rabbit wanted to learn, to improve,to discovery,
she wanted to find the answer.

there're also so more questions for life,like:
why people stayed the old place even they don't like?
why people afraid to change?
why people wasted their time and not care for life?
why people even not have a dream?

what is their need?
what are they looking for?

there have full of questions in the little rabbit's head.
she's willing to find.

then, rabbit took a plan.
she's planning take 3 years to travel around the world.
to create,record,write what she saw,what she feel,and express in her way.

she plan take 2 years to learn more and improve her skills,prepare for the journey.
she's not going to play or relax, escape or hiding somewhere.
she is going to work herself!

the little rabbit wanted to put them into photos,videos,words.thoughts.emotions...
put all together,into cartoon story for animation.
in the cartoon story,she wish express the world a brave happy funny rabbit,
always willing to move forward and grow in the future.
she set up a really full time schedule,
and start hard trainning day by day...

she exercises,push herself to read, write in english,
she learned advanced business english,
she learned more computer and web design technique skill.
she learned time management and shelf motivation.
she learned movie edit course.
she learned the most complicate software of Maya.
she learned how to drive
she learned how to dress and make-up.
she learned diving and thai massage.
she was so excited to learn new things and explore all...

she have so much passion and best time in animation studio.
and cooperate with the most creative people in china.
she was so happy and wanna put her life experience and learning into writing now.

life suffering sometime,
she want to help!

our chinese people really good at use food to cure disease.

with friend from hometown,he's the first time come to guangzhou.

just find january was mother's 60 year birthday.
she's been in hospital 3 times this year.
she's getting old.time fly so fast.
diabetes make her so sick.i have to go back to see her.
spend more time with them.
they are getting old. life hurts sometime.

i made my choice.
i'm going to start working myself.my way.

i would rather talking to stranger in the street.

than working for the wrong company,

christmas is coming.
walking in the supermarket,the smell of christmas everywhere.

1214-shenzhen saturday

Friday,i quit my job in the new company.
even the company have free tennis teaching Tuesday and Thursday, badminton on saturday per week.the boss still leading his way even it's wrong.

i think my ppt report of the company forecast is quite clear.
i don't wanna waste my time.

saturday,friend drive to shenzhen.
we just eat a huge expensive lunch,meet some people,then drive back.
this multimillionaire want me to be his gf and suggest stay night in shenzhen.
well,i'm not that type of person.
he was upset and couldn't understand why i don't accept him.
it just not that easy for me.it normally take a long time.
i tried to know people,while, they don't have patience.

so we still stranger friends.

sunday,stay whole day at home.
do some cleanning,buy food,cook nice soup and meal,
reading whole day,
quite peace/silence sunday without talking to anyone.

actually i'm starting miss my family.
how about brother? did he ok at the moment?
what about parents?

1208-terrible monday

first day go to new company.
they are big website in china.
target is exceed alibaba.

actually i did my job well done.
it's nothing about my monday.or workmate.
it is the company rule for every new stuff taking the test job 1 week without salary.
it is incredible,but it is in china!

i've seen a lot,lot of company running the website.
their boss might be very strong and power in other business area,
throw more than ten millions rmb on website,
they have no ideal about the internet and users need,
stubborn and not listen the advise,throw money for nothing.
their website just totally useless.

i've seen a lot!

the design/technique guys so happy i come join the team,and wish i can success persuade the boss,the right way to running the website.
cause i'm the innovator and supervisor.
